Support Engineer Finnish

• Interact with clients via email, chat and phone to resolve IT issues such as account password resets, internet connectivity problems and email configuration.
• Log in remotely to client computers to troubleshoot software problems efficiently.
• Document all issues handled daily in the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues.
• Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary.

• Fluent in Finnish (minimum level C1+) and English.
• Eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to cope with stress and workload.
• First experience in an IT environment is a plus.
