📌 Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Execution:
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display, Email, and SEO support) - Content Promotion & Distribution:
Collaborate with content teams to promote and distribute content across digital platforms - Social Media Management:
Manage company social media profiles, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to messages/comments - Email Marketing:
Create, launch, and optimize email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, updates), including audience segmentation and performance tracking - Website Optimization Support:
Assist with website improvements, including on-page SEO and user experience enhancements - Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports on KPIs, ROI, and provide actionable insights - Market & Competitor Research:
Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing opportunities - Budget Management:
Monitor and optimize campaign budgets to ensure cost-efficiency and performance - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Design, Product, UX/UI, Content, and Sales teams to ensure consistent and effective marketing efforts - Compliance:
Ensure all marketing activities align with regulations and internal policies
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with hands-on campaign management across multiple channels
- Strong experience in PPC, Paid Social, and Email Marketing
- Experience working with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and performance tracking
- Experience working with data and reporting (Excel or similar tools)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience working across multiple channels and markets
- Results-driven approach with focus on measurable outcomes
- Proactive learner with adaptability to fast-changing environments
- Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
