We are looking for an experienced Reltio MDM Tech Lead who will join a project for our client, a global pharma organisation. The role offers an opportunity to lead the implementation of modern cloud-native Master Data Management solutions and drive data governance initiatives across multiple business domains.

We are looking for candidates from Europe.

• Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, development, and delivery of Reltio Native Cloud MDM solutions.
• Design and implement data models, entities, relationships, survivorship rules, and match/merge strategies.
• Develop and manage integrations using Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), APIs, and ETL solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and data governance teams to deliver high-quality MDM capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams while ensuring adherence to cloud architecture, performance, and security best practices.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Reltio MDM design, solution architecture, data modeling, configuration, workflows, and implementation.
• Deep understanding of master data management concepts, including match/merge, survivorship, data quality, and data governance.
• Proven experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), API‑based integrations, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Expertise in multi‑domain MDM implementations combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
