As a Success Factors Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and improving our HR integrations landscape. Working primarily with Success Factors Employee Central, you will help ensure stable operations while continuously enhancing existing solutions. In close collaboration with system leads, specialists, and key users, you will contribute to the development of our systems and have strong opportunities for further growth and learning.
What you will do- Integration Development:
Developing and implementing inbound and outbound integration improvements and enhancements based on business needs; - Daily Operations and Troubleshooting:
Supporting and maintaining existing integrations. Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents related to data flows, tickets, and user access; - System Updates and Upgrades:
Supporting system updates, releases, and upgrades. Ensuring minimal disruption to users; - Security and Compliance:
Ensuring all integration solutions follow IT security policies and compliance standards; - System Monitoring:
Continuously monitoring application and integration performance to ensure stable operations and proactively prevent potential issues; - User Support:
Working closely with key users to understand their needs. Actively helping with technical challenges and partnering closely with Success Factors application specialists; - Documentation and Feedback:
Creating and maintaining technical documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Gathering user feedback to identify recurring issues and propose long-term fixes.
- 2+ years of experience working with Success Factors integrations;
- Hands-on experience with Success Factors Employee Central;
- Solid understanding of integration flows, message transformation, and data transmission between systems;
- Experience in troubleshooting application or integration-related issues;
- A solution-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset;
- Experience with SAP CPI/SAP Integration Suite or other middleware platforms;
- Knowledge of integration technologies such as APIs, REST/SOAP, XML, or JSON;
- Experience working in a global HR systems environment;
