We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. In this role, you will design and drive end-to-end digital solutions across Sales, Service, and Operations platforms, working closely with Business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated solutions across Salesforce, SAP, eCommerce, CPQ, and related technologies.

• 8–12+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Application Architecture, or similar roles in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations), CPQ.
• Hands‑on experience in integrated ecosystems involving Salesforce or/and SAP (S/4
  
  HANA), and integration platforms such as Mule Soft.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, API‑led architecture, and event‑driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and tools.
• Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors in global delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and IT.
• Agile/SAFe delivery understanding and Dev Ops awareness.

• Lead solution design activities and define end‑to‑end architecture aligned with enterprise strategy and business objectives.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce‑centric solutions, ensuring proper integration with SAP and other systems.
• Define and maintain the target architecture, including application landscape and integration blueprint.
• Evaluate solution options and recommend optimal approaches across Salesforce, Mule Soft, and cloud‑native technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and external partners to ensure quality delivery and alignment with standards.
• Validate supplier deliverables and ensure compliance with architecture, design, and business expectations.
• Support innovation initiatives, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
