UX Designer (B2B) – Internal Banking Systems

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a product team responsible for developing internal systems used by advisors serving corporate clients in one of the largest banks in Poland. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale banking platforms with real impact on daily business operations.

• Designing and developing the bank’s digital products with a strong focus on consistency, scalability, and intuitive user experience.
• Creating wireframes, mockups, interactive concepts, and prototypes for mobile and desktop applications (including RWD), using a Design System developed by an internal dedicated team.
• Analyzing qualitative and quantitative research results and translating insights into well-founded design decisions.
• Collaborating within a cross-functional product team, including product managers, developers, business stakeholders, and other internal departments.
• Presenting design solutions and defending design decisions to stakeholders, with a clear emphasis on business value and user experience.
• Consulting and refining designs in close cooperation with developers and product development teams.
• Actively participating in UX research conducted by the bank – preparing research materials, analyzing results, and testing solutions in a dedicated usability lab.
• Working on the development of some of the largest banking systems and applications in Poland.
• Proposing UX solutions and presenting them within the organization.
• Collaborating with a team of UX specialists and experts.
• Actively contributing to the promotion and dissemination of UX knowledge within the organization.
• Monitoring UX/UI trends and implementing best design practices in line with financial sector regulations.

• Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer on complex digital products (preferably large-scale systems).
• Strong skills in designing for desktop and mobile applications, including responsive design.
• Experience working with Design Systems.
• Ability to work with research data and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to justify design decisions.
• Experience working in cross-functional, agile product teams.
• Knowledge of UX best practices and standards, ideally within regulated environments (e.g. banking, finance).
