We are looking for an individual who will join the team responsible for the development and maintenance of CRM solutions in the area of personalization and multichannel marketing communication. The person in this role will support CRM system development, conduct tests of new functionalities, and participate in projects related to marketing process automation and data analysis.

• Preparation and execution of tests for new CRM functionalities.
• Creation of test scenarios and verification of test results.
• Execution of regression tests and development of their automation.
• Construction and enhancement of decision diagrams supporting real‑time marketing events.
• Support for users in SQL, SAS Viya and SAS CI360 processes.
• Management and analysis of data used in marketing activities.
• Participation in development and optimization projects for CRM solutions.
• Collaboration with business and technical teams in implementing multichannel campaigns.

• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Involvement in the implementation or development of multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Experience in testing system functionalities and performing regression tests.
• Knowledge of test automation.
• Practical knowledge of SQL.
• Experience processing data using SAS Viya and Python.
• Knowledge of SAS CI360 and Visual Analytics

• Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Good organization of work and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
