Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

We're looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join a growing Microsoft practice delivering large-scale CRM transformation programmes.

You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions across Sales and Customer Service.

• Leading workshops to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
• Designing Dynamics 365 CE solutions that support customer engagement and service transformation.
• Configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM modules, ensuring best practice throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with technical teams, architects and project stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.
• Supporting solution testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), go-live activities and post-implementation optimisation.
• Producing functional documentation, process maps and solution designs.

• 5+ years’ experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Proven experience working on multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business processes into Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Knowledge of security roles, business process flows, case management and data models within Dynamics 365.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments using Azure Dev Ops, Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
• Previous consulting or professional services experience would be highly advantageous.
