Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and administration of the Workday HCM platform.
- Configuration Management
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality, business processes, and system settings.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain Custom Reports, Advanced Reports, and Calculated Fields to support business needs.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday system issues, incidents, and user support requests.
- Security Administration
- Manage Workday security roles, access permissions, and user provisioning activities.
- System Optimization
- Support continuous improvements to Workday configuration, stability, and overall system performance.
- Workday Experience
- 2–5 years of hands‑on experience supporting and maintaining Workday environments.
- Workday Certification
- Workday Core HCM certification with strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Experience creating and maintaining Custom Reports, Advanced Reports, and Calculated Fields.
- Business Process Configuration
- Hands‑on experience configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday Business Processes.
- System Support
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues, resolve incidents, and provide end‑user support.
- Security Administration
- Experience managing Workday security roles, access permissions, and user administration.
