OIM Architect | One Identity Manager | Enterprise IAM Solution Architecture

Our client is a global consulting firm looking for an experienced OIM Architect to lead and drive a high-stakes, multi-entity identity platform initiative on a long-term, multi-year assignment. You will take full end-to-end technical ownership as a Solution Architect, overseeing the active implementation, custom system integration, and global operational infrastructure of the One Identity Manager platform.

• Architecture & Solution Design: Lead, design, and oversee the complex multi-entity implementation, customization, and deployment workflows of the One Identity Manager ecosystem.
• Operational Governance: Review and govern deep operational runbooks, service SLA frameworks, and critical incident/change management procedures to guarantee absolute environment stability.
• Continuous Platform Modernization: Drive critical system improvements including version upgrades, algorithmic performance tuning, automation of complex access provisioning workflows, and strategic reduction of technical debt.
• Strategic Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the central technical liaison bridging enterprise IT security execution, key business stakeholders, and global-level corporate governance bodies.
• Team Enablement & Mentorship: Actively remove deployment blocks for delivery teams, provide hands-on technical guidance, maintain solution documentation, and mentor junior engineers to enhance team capabilities.

• Consultant Mindset: An authoritative expert with the ability to propose strategic architecture choices, explain the logic behind major platform changes, and guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders under pressure.
• Pragmatic Delivery Longevity: 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience explicitly implementing, customizing, and scaling One Identity Manager across complex, data-intensive corporate environments.
• Reliability & Ownership: A self-starter profile with strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills, focused on getting things done across mixed vendor and consulting delivery squads.

• Proven history as a Solution Architect with deep production experience in One Identity Manager (OIM) tool integrations.
• Solid background across Identity & Access Management (IAM) lifecycle architectures, workflows, and access control governance.
• Proficient scripting and data validation skills to streamline automated user provisioning pipelines.
• Fluent English command for high-level technical documentation, requirements engineering, and board-level client presentations (German is a plus).
