Microsoft D365 Solution Architect​/Senior Consultant

We're looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join a growing technology team delivering enterprise-scale CRM and business applications. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical, scalable and future‑ready platforms.

What you'll bring:

• Commercial experience designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across multiple end-to-end projects.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, security, data models, workflows and customisation.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration and enterprise system architecture.
• Exposure to Azure services and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Knowledge of AI‑driven business solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder or intelligent automation tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Azure integration services, Power BI or modern reporting solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, governance and security best practices.
• Previous experience delivering solutions within complex enterprise environments.
