Senior PAM Specialist

BTC Group is expanding the solution around Cyber Ark product as the central component of BTC portfolio. The goal is to support our customers in identity management. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior PAM Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with other teams to ensure that access to critical systems is secure, compliant, and aligned with best practices.

• You are responsible for the end-to-end operation of the enterprise password management platform, including maintenance, support, and patch and lifecycle management.
• Together with other colleagues, you ensure and analyze stable and safe operation and fix complex disruptions in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• As a technical contact person, you support internal specialist areas and external customers, for example from the energy industry, with all questions relating to privileged access management.
• You implement and monitor IT security policies, perform vulnerability analysis, ensure compliance with password policies, and ensure the implementation of relevant security standards.
• In addition, you will actively work on the further development and optimization of our Cyber Ark service solution, contribute your own ideas and support the strategic expansion of our service portfolio.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Information Systems or IT security-related functions.
• Solid understanding of network and computer security.
• Practical experience in password management, preferably with Cyber Ark or comparable Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with relevant certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux system landscapes, including security and permission management.
• Experience with Ansible and/or Scripting, e.g. with Power Shell, Bash and/or Python.
• Pronounced support and service expertise, with in-depth knowledge of application support according to ITIL, and extensive experience in troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative and team focus.
• English or German language skills (at least C1).
