Adobe Analytics Specialist

Join a global technology organisation that designs hardware, connected software and digital services used by millions worldwide. The Adobe Analytics Specialist will sit at the intersection of analytics, e-commerce, product and marketing, helping stakeholders understand customer behaviour and drive data-backed optimisation initiatives. This hybrid role is based in Cracow, Poland, with a preferred in-office presence of 2–3 days per week.

• Own and maintain analytics measurement across digital channels to ensure accurate tracking and actionable data.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that surface insights for stakeholders.
• Support A/B testing and optimisation initiatives by providing measurement planning, analysis and recommendations.
• Analyse customer journeys and engagement to identify opportunities for improved experience and conversion.
• Translate analytics findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for business stakeholders across marketing, product and e-commerce.
• Partner with digital growth teams to inform strategy and support performance initiatives.

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, including implementation review, segmentation and workspace reporting.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing analytics and measurement best practices.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards; familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or a related field
