The Tableau Visualization Engineer will be a trusted advisor who transforms complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide Sales, Operations and Finance. This long-term hybrid role is based in Cracow, Poland, and offers an opportunity to shape analytics at enterprise scale and influence business outcomes.
Responsibilities- Design, build and maintain enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards and visualisation solutions.
- Develop scalable data models and reporting frameworks to support cross-functional needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements and success metrics.
- Translate data into insight-oriented narratives that support strategic decisions across Sales, Operations and Finance.
- Establish and promote visualisation standards, templates and best practices to ensure consistency and usability.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve performance and streamline data delivery processes.
- Support deployment and operational maintenance of Tableau Server / Cloud environments as required.
- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience building reliable queries and data models.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS or Azure. - Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and stakeholder presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
- English proficiency at C2 level.
- Proactive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Hybrid working model, 2–3 days per week onsite in Cracow
