Our client is a global technology organisation serving e-commerce, gaming, digital experiences and consumer technology markets. They design hardware products and connected software and digital services used by millions worldwide. The Tableau Visualization Engineer will be a trusted advisor who transforms complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that guide Sales, Operations and Finance. This long-term hybrid role is based in Cracow, Poland, and offers an opportunity to shape analytics at enterprise scale and influence business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build and maintain enterprise-grade Tableau dashboards and visualisation solutions.
  • Develop scalable data models and reporting frameworks to support cross-functional needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements and success metrics.
  • Translate data into insight-oriented narratives that support strategic decisions across Sales, Operations and Finance.
  • Establish and promote visualisation standards, templates and best practices to ensure consistency and usability.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve performance and streamline data delivery processes.
  • Support deployment and operational maintenance of Tableau Server / Cloud environments as required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience building reliable queries and data models.
  • Experience with one or more of the following:
    Salesforce, Snowflake, AWS or Azure.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and stakeholder presentations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
  • English proficiency at C2 level.
  • Proactive mindset, strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Hybrid working model, 2–3 days per week onsite in Cracow
