InPost’s lockers provide consumers with a cheaper and more flexible, convenient, environmentally friendly and contactless delivery option.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a
bridge between
Product teams and the Data organization
, translating business needs into data requirements. - Partner with Product Managers to define, analyze, and interpretbusinessandproductmetricsto enable clear, reliable decision-making.
- Own and overseeevent tracking– define requirements,validateimplementation, and ensure consistency over time.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Consultants to
build and improve production-ready data modelsfor Product Analytics. - Use Databricks (SQL / Spark) to
analyzebusiness performance and user behavior
, as well
insight sin Power BI. - Support A/B tests by defining success metrics and interpreting results.
- 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar analytical role.
- StrongSQLskills
andexperienceworkingwithlargedatasetsinclouddataplatforms(Databricksisa plus) - Provenexperiencein
KPIdefiningand Event Tracking. - Familiarity with
Reporting Tools
(Power BI - is a plus). - Stronganalyticalthinkingwith theabilitytotranslatedatainto
clearbusinessrecommendations. - Abilitytowork
independently
,take ownership, andconsultstakeholders. - Fluency in both Polish and English (B2+).
