Senior Product Analyst; m​/f​/n

In Post has revolutionised e-commerce parcel delivery in Poland and is now one of Europe’s leading OOH e-commerce enablement platforms. Founded in 1999 by Rafał Brzoska, InPost provides delivery services through our network of almost 47,000 Automated Parcel Machines (APMs) and almost 35,000 pick-up drop-off points (PUDO) in nine countries across Europe, as well as to-door courier and fulfilment services to e-commerce merchants.

InPost’s lockers provide consumers with a cheaper and more flexible, convenient, environmentally friendly and contactless delivery option.

Your responsibilities:

• Act as a
  bridge between
  
  Product teams and the Data organization
  , translating business needs into data requirements.
• Partner with Product Managers to define, analyze, and interpretbusinessandproductmetricsto enable clear, reliable decision-making.
• Own and overseeevent tracking– define requirements,validateimplementation, and ensure consistency over time.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Consultants to
  build and improve production-ready data modelsfor Product Analytics.
• Use Databricks (SQL / Spark) to
  analyzebusiness performance and user behavior
  , as well
  insight sin Power BI.
• Support A/B tests by defining success metrics and interpreting results.

• 3+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or similar analytical role.
• StrongSQLskills
  andexperienceworkingwithlargedatasetsinclouddataplatforms(Databricksisa plus)
• Provenexperiencein
  KPIdefiningand Event Tracking.
• Familiarity with
  Reporting Tools
  (Power BI - is a plus).
• Stronganalyticalthinkingwith theabilitytotranslatedatainto
  clearbusinessrecommendations.
• Abilitytowork
  independently
  ,take ownership, andconsultstakeholders.
• Fluency in both Polish and English (B2+).
