Hardware Engineer
Location: Town of Poland
We are looking for an open-minded and creative support for our HW Manager. In this project, we create new software from scratch and work on technologies that will be introduced to the market soon. It is an Automotive project for a well-known car manufacturer.

- Student or recent graduate in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Possess 0-1 years of foundational professional experience in technical support, demonstrating a keen interest in hardware systems and their operational aspects within an enterprise environment.
- This role requires a full-time commitment to on-site work at our Szczecin facility, fostering direct collaboration and hands‑on engagement with hardware systems and team members.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Good communication skills and teamwork
Required Skills:
- Demonstrate a foundational understanding of basic testing methodologies and quality assurance principles applicable to hardware components.
- Exhibit beginner-level knowledge of hardware components, their functions, and basic diagnostic procedures within a technical support context.
- Possess a beginner’s familiarity with networking concepts and their relevance to hardware connectivity and communication protocols.
Preferred
Skills:
- Show a basic familiarity with mobile operating systems, specifically Android and iOS, and their interaction with hardware devices.
- Hold a basic understanding of automotive industry principles and the specific applications of hardware within vehicle systems.
- Support the troubleshooting of hardware-related issues, learning from experienced team members.
- Participate in the setup and configuration of hardware test environments.
- Flash embedded devices and prepare hardware for testing.
- Help in maintaining inventory and organization of hardware prototypes and testing equipment.
- Observe and learn best practices for hardware quality assurance and performance monitoring.
- Contribute under guidance to the analysis of basic networking functionalities within hardware setups.
- Learn to identify and report potential hardware defects and inconsistencies.
- Participate in team meetings to understand project goals and hardware development cycles.
- Assist in the basic testing and validation of hardware components under senior guidance.
