The area:

In the role of Dev Ops Engineer, you will become a part of the R&D unit Software Solutions (SWS), with development teams in both Poland and Denmark. In SWS, we are developing software for desktop, mobile, wearables (Apple Watch) and cloud solutions enabling our customers to get the most benefit out of our hearing aids.

We are working in SAFe framework, and our App area consists of seven stream aligned teams in two ARTs focused on mobile app development, test automation teams and a Dev Ops team focused on infrastructure around it, including ensuring fast, stable, and traceable delivery pipelines across environments, maintaining and management of on-premise build agents, app stores management and releases, CI/CD, processes automation.

Dev Ops Engineer role ensures high reliability, performance, and automation standards in development and release workflows. It also contributes to the long‑term strategy for Dev Ops practices and tooling across the area.

We are looking for an experienced Dev Ops Engineer, who will join our team working on development of cross‑platform mobile app for Android and iOS devices deployed on Azure Dev Ops. The application is an innovative solution allowing tele‑medicine and remote control of hearing instruments.

Must have:
  • Experience in Dev Ops, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering roles
  • Proficiency in Azure Dev Ops (pipelines, repos, access policies)
  • Strong scripting skills in Power Shell (Core)
  • Management of Azure Dev Ops on‑premise build agents
  • GIT
  • Mobile CI/CD knowledge
  • Awareness of the best Dev Ops practices
Nice to have:
  • Programming in C#
  • Other scripting languages like Bash, Python
  • Experience with at least one tool CI/CD tool (eg. Git Lab CI, Jenkins, Team City)
  • Google Play / Apple App Store release management
  • Familiarity with Git Ops or Zero Trust architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure management (preferably Azure).
  • Experience working in regulated or high‑compliance environments
Your key tasks will be to:
  • Create and maintain our Azure Dev Ops solutions as a part of the System Team
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve pipelines, ensuring stable and smooth development experience
  • Manage and maintain on‑premise build agents
  • Create internal tools to automate manual or repetitive processes and limit human errors
  • Manage App Store Connect/Test flight and Google Play Console user accounts
  • Create documentation and share knowledge among team members
  • Cooperate with and support our product teams
  • Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies aligned with Dev Ops goals
