Zakres obowiązków obejmuje naprawę problemów IT u klientów, wsparcie końcowych użytkowników zarówno zdalnie, jak i podczas wizyt w biurach, oraz administrację serwerami Windows 2016/2019/2022/2025. Wymagane co najmniej dwa lata doświadczenia w helpdesk, znajomość TCP/IP, Windows Server/AD/Microsoft 365, prawo jazdy B oraz komunikatywny angielski (B1/B2).
