L2 - Microsoft 365 Operations & Support Specialist with French

As an L2 specialist, you are the technical escalation point (Tier‑3/SME) for the enterprise Collaboration ecosystem. You resolve major and complex incidents, drive root‑cause analysis and durable fixes, and administer the collaboration tenant/platform configuration to ensure security, compliance and consistent service quality. The role combines deep Collaboration expertise (Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive) with collaboration platform administration (Microsoft 365 tenant settings, Entra s controls) within an ITIL‑aligned operational model.

• Intermediate administration of Microsoft 365 Collaboration (Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, Exchange Online)
• Operational Entra  (users, groups, licenses, RBAC; awareness of Conditional Access)
• Basic Power Shell and scripting usage for operational tasks
• ITIL Foundation mindset; security awareness; structured and reliable execution

• English: professional working proficiency required
• French: B2 minimum

• MS‑102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)
• SC‑300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
• MS‑700 (Teams Administrator)
• ITIL v4 Foundation

• 1–5 years in Microsoft 365 collaboration or platform administration/support
• Experience in Level‑2 operations, incident/request handling and standard change execution
