• Bring structure and clarity to complex network environments, balancing operational excellence with forward‑thinking design.
• Plan, coordinate and support the day‑to‑day operations of network services while contributing to the design and evolution of LAN, WAN and wireless environments across offices, warehouses and manufacturing sites.
• Translate business needs into logical and physical network designs, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable and aligned with architectural standards.
• Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to maintain high service availability, troubleshoot operational challenges and continuously improve performance.
• Help shape the future of network services through capacity planning, roadmap development and participation in contract renewals and proposals.
• Ensure strong governance, documentation and adherence to IT service management processes, ensuring reliability across the full lifecycle of services.

• Experience in network design, implementation and operations with solid understanding of LAN, WAN and wireless technologies.
• Ability to create detailed technical documentation and translate requirements into clear and effective network designs.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with confidence to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders across technology and business teams.
• A proactive and structured mindset, enabling navigation of complexity and delivery of high‑quality outcomes.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 159,500

PLN – 239,250

PLN gross annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job‑related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender‑neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
