Senior Dev Ops Engineer (Dev Ops Team) — 11 bit studios

What will you be doing on a day-to-day basis?

• Maintenance and improvement of the build system and its performance
• Code compilation and integration
• Optimizing pipelines, processes & automation
• Working closely with the development team to integrate new deployment processes
• Maintaining source control branches
• Providing Perforce support for the team
• Creating and maintaining documentation of the build/release process
• Administration of Perforce (version control system tool)
• Ongoing monitoring of build system
• Building, developing, setting up and integrating infrastructure and tools
• Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
• Analysis of the game’s production process to understand areas where automation can be used to improve pipelines and workflows

What will help you succeed in this role?

• 5+ years of experience in programming with at least 3 years of experience in Dev Ops and related tasks
• Knowledge of C++ or C#
• Knowledge of Python
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (we use Team City and Horde)
• Experience with containerization (we use Docker)
• Experience with monitoring tools (we use Grafana and Prometheus)
• Knowledge of control version tools (we use Perforce)
• Experience with virtualization
• At least basic knowledge of Linux and Bash
• Experience with building and automating processes
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation
• Knowledge of English and Polish on at least B2 level

• Experience in gamedev industry
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine
• Experience as administrator of Linux and control version tools
