Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on analytics professional who owns the full delivery cycle - from gathering requirements and running workshops with leadership, all the way to building, testing and deploying the solution to production. You will be both the front-end user and the person handling the technical delivery, within a new, fast-moving team whose reports drive real business decisions.

• Lead workshops with the Leadership Team and moderate cross-functional discussions to align on requirements and strategic priorities
• Gather, understand and document business requirements, translating them into clear, actionable technical specifications
• Design and build end-to-end analytics solutions in Power BI, from concept to production
• Build dashboards, applications and automated workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform
• Test the solution and deliver it to production, owning the full cycle: requirements → design → test → go-live
• Design clear, user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards and interfaces (UI/UX)

• SQL - proficient level: strong command of querying, data manipulation and reporting
• Power BI - proven ability to deliver fully functioning, end-to-end solutions
• Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) - working, hands-on knowledge
• UI/UX design - advanced level: intuitive, visually polished dashboards and graphical outputs
• Workshop facilitation & stakeholder engagement - confidence leading sessions with leadership and moderating cross-functional discussions
• Proven end-to-end project delivery - turning business needs into working, production-ready solutions
• Fluent English - daily collaboration with international stakeholders
