Responsibilities:- Translate business, regulatory, operational, and customer needs into implementable solutions within the GKYC ecosystem
- Drive requirements engineering activities across delivery initiatives
- Support solution delivery and execution throughout the lifecycle
- Ensure solution readiness before implementation and release
- Act as a bridge between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme stakeholders
- Analyze dependencies and impact of changes and releases
- Perform data analysis and root cause analysis to support solution delivery
- Strong experience in Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis
- Hands-on experience in Process Modelling and Agile Delivery Practices
- Ability to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
- Experience with Dependency Management, Release Impact Analysis, and Change Impact Analysis
- Practical knowledge of Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis techniques
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of API and Integration Concepts
- Experience in Data Mapping and Data Analysis
- Understanding of Microservices and Enterprise Architecture
- Strong knowledge of KYC / AML and Customer Due Diligence processes
- Familiarity with Onboarding, Periodic Reviews, and Regulatory Change Delivery
- Experience in Financial Services / Banking
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written
- Experience with SQL
- Familiarity with Process Modelling Tools
- Understanding of Pega-based solutions
- Private medical care
