IAM Operations Analyst

• Provide operational support for the organisation's Identity Governance solution, ensuring the platform remains stable, secure, and available
• Investigate and resolve incidents affecting identity governance services, working across infrastructure, application, and directory environments to identify root causes
• Configure and maintain identity connectors, access policies, entitlement structures, and synchronisation processes
• Support the integration of new business applications into the Identity Governance platform, ensuring accurate provisioning and access management
• Carry out routine platform administration, including system monitoring, maintenance activities, upgrades, and health assessments
• Produce and maintain operational documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge articles to support consistent service delivery
• Assist with compliance activities by supporting access reviews, reporting requirements, audit requests, and remediation initiatives
• Work closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to improve operational processes and enhance the overall IAM service

Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting enterprise Identity & Access Management or Identity Governance environments
• Practical knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, governance processes, and role-based access controls
• Exposure to IAM platforms such as RSA IGL (Aveksa)
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying, troubleshooting, or reporting purposes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues and implement effective solutions
• A proactive approach to problem solving with excellent organisational and communication skills
