- Develop, maintain, and optimise Oracle database solutions that support the organisation's Identity Governance platform.
- Design and enhance SQL and PL/SQL scripts to process, validate, and transform identity data efficiently.
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot automated data workflows to ensure the timely exchange of information between enterprise systems.
- Partner with infrastructure, application, and cyber security teams to ensure identity data remains accurate, secure, and compliant with organisational standards.
- Monitor the performance and health of database environments and data integration processes, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of APIs and system integrations supporting identity lifecycle management.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation covering database structures, integration designs, operational procedures, and support processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate manual tasks and streamline operational processes.
- Exposure to Identity Governance platforms such as RSA or Savyint
- Strong knowledge of Oracle databases with hands-on experience writing, tuning, and troubleshooting SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience developing software or automation using Python or another modern programming language.
- Understanding of ETL processes, data integration techniques, and enterprise data architecture.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integration concepts.
- Appreciation of identity management principles, secure data handling, and information security best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the confidence to investigate and resolve technical issues.
