SOFTSWISS is hiring a CRM Platform Analyst – Middle to join our Business Development Team. You’ll own our CRM ecosystem, driving adoption, optimisation, and impact across departments while helping scale how we use data to support business growth.
The role focuses on optimizing CRM usage, building reporting, and developing workflows to enable smarter decision making. English and Russian at B2 level are required, with hands‑on CRM experience and strong data analytics.
