• Workday Experience
  • 3+ years of Business Analysis experience with practical knowledge of Workday and professional English (B2/C1).
• Business Analysis
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business analysis, process modeling, and solution documentation.

  • Practical knowledge of user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, business rules, and analytical artifacts.

  • Excellent communication skills with experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge requirements and solve complex business problems.
• Agile Methodologies
  • Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and requirements lifecycle management practices.
• UX Knowledge
  • Understanding of UX principles, User-Centered Design, wire framing, and customer experience concepts.
• Leadership Skills
  • Ability to organize work, coordinate teams, estimate activities, and share knowledge across project teams.
