T Hub - Technical Project Manager with German

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IoT and telecommunications projects from initiation to implementation and operational handover,
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and delivery roadmaps with business and technical stakeholders,
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, architecture, operations, vendors) to ensure timely delivery,
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and customers throughout the project lifecycle,
• Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and steering committees,
• Collaborate with technical teams on implementation planning across core, transport, cloud, and IoT platforms,
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, resources, and budgets,
• Ensure proper project governance, reporting, and documentation,
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices.

• Experience in technical project management or program delivery in telecom, IoT, IT, or similar environments,
• Understanding of telecom/networking, IoT, or cloud solutions is a strong plus,
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid),
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in complex technical environments,
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar,
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international environment,
• Very good command of English,
• German language skills are preferred.

There’s nothing for you to do at this stage — we’ll take care of everything. During this time we process all the information we've gathered during the screening process and dig deeper into your CV.

We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.

At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes". If for some reason, we are unable to offer you a position in our team, you will certainly receive feedback from us explaining our decision.
