Senior SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

• Deliver functional consulting and application support for SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE) solutions.
• Configure SAP HCM Solutions
  • Customize Payroll and related HCM modules to meet business, legal, and statutory requirements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Payroll and HCM application issues.
• Deliver AMS Services
  • Provide Run & Maintenance, 2nd/3rd Level Support, change requests, and enhancement activities.
• Participate in SAP HCM implementation projects and deploy payroll-related system changes.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Work closely with HR teams, business users, technical teams, and German-speaking customers.
• Support Testing & Deployments
  • Execute testing, resolve defects, and support payroll solution deployments.
• Analyze Business Requirements
  • Translate business requirements into effective SAP HCM Payroll solutions and system improvements.

• SAP HCM Payroll Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting, implementation, and application support experience in SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE).
• Payroll Configuration Expertise
  • Hands-on experience configuring schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll processing, retroactive accounting, and FI integration.
• SAP HCM Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of PA, OM, PT, SAP Notes, OSS Notes, HR Support Packages, and year-end payroll activities.
• German Payroll Expertise
  • Understanding of German payroll legislation, ELStAM, DEÜV, rvBEA, and SAP HCM B2A processes.
• Business Analysis Skills
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills
  • Experience performing root cause analysis and resolving complex production issues.
• Communication Skills
  • Fluent German and English with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
