From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.

We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant to join our newly established People Technology team as we transition to Workday following a major global implementation. This role will be instrumental in supporting, maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing Workday integrations—ensuring reliable data flows across our HR ecosystem and supporting the ongoing optimization of Workday.

What the role involves
  • Technical Integration Delivery: Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using:

    • Workday Orchestrate
    • Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
    • Core Connectors (configured both standalone/outside and within the Cloud Connect
      )
  • Long-Term Architectural Decisions: Establish sound, sustainable integration architecture decisions and design standards that balance immediate business needs with long-term system health, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Operations & Monitoring: Own and support daily integration operations. Monitor performance, track process runs, and proactively resolve failures.
  • Data Security & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all integrated enterprise systems.
Technical Documentation & Governance (Core Focus)
  • Maintain Comprehensive Documentation: Treat technical documentation as a primary responsibility by creating and continuously updating technical design specifications, integration mapping documents, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
  • Governance Standards: Establish monitoring and support standards for integration operations to ensure clean knowledge sharing and seamless handover across team members.
  • Compliance & Audit: Support audit, compliance, and security requirements related to employee data.
  • Act as a key technical resource during Hypercare and ongoing post-go-live support phases.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on complex integration failures and implement permanent corrective and preventive fixes.
  • Coordinate technical support activities with Workday Support, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Operations, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business leaders to translate business requirements into technical architectural solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline data flows, reduce technical debt, and improve process automation.
  • Support testing and validation activities for bi-annual Workday releases, updates, and new platform functionality.
What we are looking for
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on, production-level Workday integration design, development, architecture, and support experience.
  • Core Technical Expertise (Mandatory):

      .
  • Proven track record of making sound, long-term architectural decisions for enterprise integration ecosystems.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining rigorous, high-quality technical documentation and system design specs.
  • Technical Fundamentals: Proficiency with XML, XSLT, Web Services, and data transformation concepts.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HRIS, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
