Seeking a Service Now HRSD Process Lead / Business Analyst to drive HR process transformation and HRSD implementations. The role involves requirement gathering, process design, stakeholder management, and collaboration with technical teams for successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct workshops and gather HR business requirements.
- Analyze and optimize HR processes.
- Create user stories, functional requirements, and process documentation.
- Support Service Now HRSD modules:
- HR Case Management
- HR Service Catalog
- Employee Center Pro
- Lifecycle Events
- Knowledge Management
- Virtual Agent
- Collaborate with architects/developers during implementation.
- Support Agile ceremonies, UAT, training, and go-live activities.
- Drive process improvement and automation.
- 8+ years Business Analysis / Process Consulting experience.
- 4+ years Service Now HRSD implementation experience.
- Strong knowledge of HRSD, HR workflows, reporting, dashboards, and Flow Designer.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Workday, SAP Success Factors, or Oracle HCM is a plus.
Certifications:
CSA, CIS-HRSD, Scrum/Agile Certification.
