Luxoft is seeking a hands-on L2 Support Engineer / Manual QA Engineer to ensure reliability and quality of telemetry-driven IIoT systems across edge and cloud environments. You will perform advanced troubleshooting, protocol-level diagnostics, and validate fixes before release.
You will also conduct manual functional, integration, and regression testing across UI, API, and backend layers, ensuring end-to-end data flows from devices to dashboards with accurate timestamps and data aggregation.
