UX​/UI Researcher

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Define Research Strategy
  • Establish research objectives, methodologies, and success criteria across product initiatives.
• Create User Insights
  • Develop personas, journey maps, empathy maps, user flows, and actionable research findings.
• Validate Product Concepts
  • Conduct usability testing to evaluate concepts, prototypes, and product features.
• Evaluate User Interfaces
  • Assess usability, accessibility, navigation, information architecture, and interface consistency.
• Validate UI Designs
  • Review wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces with end users to improve usability.
• Present Research Findings
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support product decisions.
• Promote design standards, accessibility, and continuous improvement across digital products

• UX/UI Research Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in UX Research, UI Research, or Human-Centred Design.
• Research Methodologies
  • Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods and best practices.
• User Research Skills
  • Experience conducting interviews, usability testing, surveys, workshops, and observational research.
• UX Design Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of User-Centred Design, Design Thinking, personas, and customer journey mapping.
• UI Evaluation Skills
  • Experience evaluating usability, accessibility, interaction design, navigation, and interface consistency.
• Research Analysis
  • Ability to translate research findings into practical product and design recommendations.
• Experience working within Agile product teams alongside designers, developers, and Product Managers.
• Communication Skills
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
