Azure DevOps Tech Lead

We are looking for a Dev Ops Tech Lead who will guide our internal team and partner with clients to bring strong Azure Dev Ops expertise. This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and pre-sales support. • Lead and mentor the Dev Ops team, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with best practices.
• Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Github, Gitlab and Azure Dev Ops.
• Partner with clients to understand requirements and propose the right Dev Ops and Cloud solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales and discovery sessions, bringing technical expertise to solution design.
• Drive adoption of automation, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native practices.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and well-monitored with Grafana Stack.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients on their Dev Ops and Cloud strategy.

• Proven experience as a Dev Ops Engineer or Lead, with deep expertise in Azure Dev Ops.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Certifications in Azure.
• Experience leading teams and working directly with clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to contribute in pre-sales conversations and discovery workshops.

• Security knowledge and skills.
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor).
