For our client, a global pharmaceutical company, we are currently looking for a Delivery Lead.

  Experience:
  
  Proven experience delivering data-related initiatives, specifically building data repositories/data stores and driving complex data integration projects.
• Agile Expertise: Strong background in agile delivery methodologies, with a clear preference for SAFe or SCRUM frameworks.
• Project Management: Proven experience managing delivery within large-scale, complex corporate programs.
• Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of successfully navigating business-driven IT projects and aligning diverse stakeholder groups.
• Adaptability: The ability to rapidly onboard, navigate ambiguity, and add value to a complex program environment from day one.
• Language: Fluency in smooth, professional English (written and spoken).

• Team & Operational Leadership: Organize and drive the daily work of the team within the datastore stream. Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinements) and optimize collaboration tools to ensure the team consistently meets "Definition of Done" (DoD) requirements.
• Solution Alignment: Liaise closely with internal technical experts—including the Solution Architect, Data Architect, and Business Analysts—to ensure the designed solution meets program objectives.
• Stakeholder & Program

  Act as the primary bridge to cross-functional stakeholders, including business leads, other project squads, Product Owners of in-scope solutions, and the business-side Project Lead.
• Reporting & Governance: Maintain clear visibility on progress, risks, and blockers, providing regular, structured updates to the Hiring Manager and the Customer Service Product Head.
