As an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant at HCLTech, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion solutions for enterprise clients. This position is integral to advancing our clients’ digital transformation journeys, ensuring their business processes are streamlined through robust, reliable, and scalable Oracle Fusion technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with client goals and HCLTech’s commitment to excellence.

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions within the Oracle Fusion SaaS application ecosystem.
• Create, customize, and optimize Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher (BIP) reports to meet dynamic business needs.
• Integrate disparate systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications and integrations.
• Ensure quality assurance through rigorous testing, documentation, and adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in client workshops, solution demonstrations, and technical discussions as a subject matter expert.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least 4 years specializing in Oracle Fusion technical domains.
• Proficiency in Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Oracle Fusion SaaS applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural, and collaborative team environment.

• Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in Agile or Dev Ops methodologies.
• Prior experience in leading technical teams or projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with additional Oracle Cloud technologies or third‑party integration platforms.
