We are looking for a thoughtful and impact‑driven AI Solution Delivery Lead to join Billennium’s Innovation ecosystem. In this role, you will take validated ideas and MVPs and gently guide them into fully operational, scalable, and revenue‑ready solutions.

You will act as a connector and orchestrator across teams, ensuring that technology, business goals, and delivery move forward in harmony. Your work will turn promising concepts into sustainable solutions that are ready to grow, scale, and succeed in the market.

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery from validated MVPs to full‑scale implementation
• Orchestrate collaboration across engineering, business, sales, legal, and operations teams
• Define clear delivery roadmaps, milestones, and go‑to‑market readiness
• Ensure solutions meet quality, scalability, and commercial expectations
• Nurture strong relationships with internal and client stakeholders
• Drive execution across Accelerate and Scale phases
• Support smooth handover to long‑term delivery and operations teams

• Strong experience in program management, delivery management, or solution/product leadership
• Proven track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives
• Experience scaling solutions from MVP to enterprise‑level deployment
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle, agile methods, and governance
• High level of commercial awareness (pricing, contracts, value realization)
• Calm, structured, and outcome‑oriented approach in fast‑changing environments
• Excellent communication skills and a supportive, collaborative leadership style
