Align is the industry leader in innovative medical devices for digital dentistry and orthodontics. Align is looking for a Technical Support to join our expanding Diagnostic Services team. This position will be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry, and this role is on the front lines of helping individuals get the smile they want.

As a Technical Support you will be part of a team that unites passion and technical excellence. In this you will collaborate with Engineers and Sales personnel to expand the userbase of Diagnostics as a Service on the Align Digital Platform.

• Provide technical support to customers during the onboarding process.
• Support the automated integration of customer’s software systems.
• Engage and collaborate with IT specialists from dental practices and clinic to facilitate the onboarding process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during the onboarding process.
• Optimize the technical onboarding process for wide range of international customers.
• Act as lead consultant and resource to customers.
• Assist in preparing status updates and reports for the Management, Marketing and Business teams.
• Work on processes automatization.
• Work in an agile team.

• 2 – 4 years’ of experience in a similar role for a fast growing international company.
• Fluency in English; additional languages is an asset.
• Knowledge of image standards and protocols such as DICOM, and JPG, among others.
• A deep understanding of the Windows operating system.
• Feel comfortable with command line tools
• Basic understanding of Jira and Salesforce is preferred.
• Experience in remote IT support with clients.
• Desirable Knowledge of relevant clinical processes, products, and services within dental offices is a plus.
