SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with German

• Deliver functional consulting and application support for SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE) solutions.
• Configure SAP HCM
  • Customize Payroll and related HCM modules to meet business, legal, and statutory requirements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex Payroll and HCM application issues.
• Participate in implementation projects, system enhancements, and change request activities.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Work closely with HR teams, business users, technical teams, and German-speaking customers.
• Support Testing & Deployments
  • Execute testing activities, resolve defects, and support payroll-related system deployments.
• Analyze Business Requirements
  • Translate business requirements into effective SAP HCM Payroll solutions and system improvements.
• Support International Projects
  • Work within distributed international teams to deliver high-quality SAP HCM services.

• SAP HCM Payroll Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE) solutions.
• Payroll Configuration
  • Hands-on experience with schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll processing, retroactive accounting, and FI integration.
• SAP HCM Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of PA, OM, PT, SAP Notes, HR Support Packages, and year-end payroll activities.
• German Payroll Knowledge
  • Understanding of German payroll legislation, ELStAM, DEÜV, rvBEA, and SAP HCM B2A processes.
• Business Analysis Skills
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into SAP solutions.
• Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues.
• Language Skills
  • Fluent German and English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset, accountability, customer focus, and ability to work effectively in international teams.
