In Global Logic we work extensivelly with Hitachi Japan engineering teams hence we are looking for people who have proven Japanese and English speaking skills to help us set-up engineering teams to build long term partnership and provide product content.

Must have:

• Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of JLPT N1 or N2, it is not mandatory to have an official JLPT certification)
• Written and spoken English language proficiency (equivalent of B2 or higher)
• Hands-in experience in IT project management – best in the area of software development life cycle
• Proven track record of working closely with customers across multiple SDLC stages
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to fascilitate working between Japan and CEE based teams
• Ability to make decisions with a limited amount of information
• Ability to guide the team through uncertainty and complexity to deliver agreed content
• Self-reliant

• Develop, execute and maintain project plans, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to clarify business needs and priorities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable specifications for the delivery team.
• Establish and maintain trusted and effective communication with the customer, stakeholders, and Global Logic project teams.
• Tailor project delivery processes to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Monitor, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage distributed project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement, scope management, and change request assessment.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, project scope, and delivered solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements.
• Report project status, risks, and key challenges to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner.
