ELEKSProject Management Officeis looking for a Project Coordinator in Poland.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and manage operations and feature development from initiation to closure within budget, schedule, and resource limits
- Organize the team to help restore normal production operations in case of failure, collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and status updates
- Understand and communicate client business needs to project team
- Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of the project
- Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plan throughout the project life. Ensure timely revision of project plan to meet changing needs and requirements
- Forecast, track and manage budgets, ensure timely invoicing
- Define, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the service operations
- Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
- Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
- Identify project resources necessary and partner with other company managers to acquire resources
- Build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team. Promote effective individual and team performance
- Mentor team members and support their professional growth
- 1+ year of experience in IT project management
- Prior experience with support environments and/or ITIL framework is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of IT system and project life-cycles in general
- Knowledge of theoretical or practical aspects of Waterfall/Agile Project Management as well as IT Service Management.
- Understanding of project financial area – project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and resources utilization
- Understanding of offshore and remote teams management.
- Knowledge of project management tools: JIRA Service Management, MS Project, MS Excel
- Strong planning, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced English
- Close cooperation with a customer
