- Process IT support tickets, troubleshoot issues remotely or on-site and complete documentation
- Conduct daily maintenance, routine inspection and troubleshooting for network security devices
- Communicate with international teams and clients in English, organize maintenance documents
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity and access permission issues
- Summarize solutions and continuously improve ticket handling efficiency
Job Requirements
- Candidate with under 2 years of relevant working experience,fresh graduates are welcome
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer science or networking
- Fluent in local language and proficient English for communication with overseas teams
- Basic knowledge of computer networks
- Understand principles of network security devices with relevant O&M experience
- Experience in connected vehicles is preferred
- Quick learner with good teamwork skills
- Fluent with Chinese or English,Polish is a plus.
