Step into a role that offers hands‑on experience with technical product communication in an international and innovative environment. If you have a structured mindset, strong attention to detail and an interest in technical product communication you could be our next Student Worker.

You will join the Technical Product Communication (TPC) team within Category Management, where dedicated specialists ensure clear, accurate and user‑friendly technical documentation for VELUX products. The team works closely with product specialists and category teams, contributing to product clarity, customer experience and internal knowledge sharing. As part of this collaborative environment, you will support the development and maintenance of technical documentation and work with colleagues across Technical Product Management and other key functions.

The role offers a valuable opportunity to gain insight into how technical communication is developed and managed in a large, international organisation.

What we offer

In this part‑time student role (minimum 15 hours per week), you will gain practical experience with real product‑related tasks while continuing your studies. You will work from our office in Hørsholm, and we offer flexible working hours aligned with your study programme.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Support the development and maintenance of technical product documentation (installation instructions, labels and product information in PIM).
  • Structure, quality‑check and upload technical content in our global DAM system.
  • Support projects within Technical Product Communication and product experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on cross‑functional tasks and projects.
  • Manage and execute weekly tasks and ad hoc assignments based on the team’s continuously updated task list.
What you will bring

You are a motivated student who wants to develop technical and professional skills and contribute actively to the team. Ideally, you are in the final year of your bachelor studies or at the beginning of a master programme, and you have an interest in technical product details. You thrive in a dynamic environment, maintain a positive mindset and enjoy working with many different stakeholders.

Moreover, we expect that:

  • Have a structured and detail‑oriented approach to your work.
  • Are organised and capable of managing and driving your own tasks forward effectively.
  • Are proactive, curious and eager to learn.
  • Are comfortable working with both Design and IT systems and quick to adapt to new tools.
  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy working across disciplines.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
