IT Business Analyst – Trilingual (EN ​/ FR ​/ NL) – F​/M​/X

Location: Town of Poland

Job description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and project managers
• Participate in solution design and validation phases
• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered IT solutions
• Support testing phases (UAT) and assist in issue resolution
• Maintain documentation and ensure traceability of requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong experience in IT projects (software development, digital transformation, or enterprise systems)
• Excellent understanding of Agile/Scrum environments is a plus
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders

• English: fluent
• French: fluent
• Dutch: fluent

Brief Call:

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you.
