We are looking for an Enterprise Architect with a strong focus on applications, system landscape optimization, and enabling delegated execution across Orifarm. You should thrive on creating coherence in a complex application ecosystem and ensuring that our business strategy is supported by a scalable, future-proof architecture.

As our Enterprise Architect, you will take responsibility for shaping and evolving Orifarm’s application landscape to support the business growth, operational efficiency, and delegated decision-making. Your work will ensure that the right applications are used in the right places, that systems are integrated and optimized, and that business units can execute within clear architectural framework.

• Setting the direction for Orifarm’s application landscape, ensuring a coherent, secure, and scalable system architecture across processes and data
• Designing and maintaining application roadmaps that drive standardization, simplification, and continuous optimization while supporting business agility
• Optimizing the end-to-end system landscape by reducing complexity, modernizing applications, and strengthening efficiency and reliability across platforms
• Translating business and strategic objectives into concrete architectural initiatives, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and IT delivery teams
• Enabling delegated execution by establishing clear guardrails, principles, and standards that empower teams to make aligned architectural decisions
• Safeguarding the adoption and integration of new applications, ensuring compliance with architectural governance and identifying opportunities for consolidation and improvement

We expect you to have a strong background in IT architecture, with at least 5 years of professional experience in designing, implementing, and governing complex IT landscapes. Ideally, you have worked in large, international organizations or in companies with diverse business units. You also have proven expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks.

• The ability to link business objectives to concrete application and system choices
• Experience optimizing application portfolios, including rationalization, lifecycle management, and platform strategy
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to guide decisions in a delegated execution environment
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, ERP ecosystems, and modern integration patterns
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, pace layering, and capability-based planning
• A collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
