Join a growing global Biometrics team at an exciting stage of expansion. Our client is building a dedicated Biometrics Center of Excellence in Poland and looking for talented Statistical Programmers who are passionate about data, innovation, and making an impact in clinical research.
As a Senior Statistical Programmer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality statistical programming solutions across global clinical trials, supporting regulatory submissions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead statistical programming activities and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of clinical trial outputs.
- Develop, program, and validate SDTM and ADaM datasets following CDISC standards.
- Perform quality control reviews of datasets, TLGs, and define.xml files.
- Support regulatory submission activities and ensure compliance with programming standards and SOPs.
- Develop and maintain SAS macros, utilities, and programming processes to improve efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master s or PhD degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Computer Science, or a related field with 4+ years of clinical trial statistical programming experience,
OR
- Bachelor s degree in a related field with 6+ years of clinical trial statistical programming experience.
- Strong SAS programming experience in a clinical research environment.
- Hands-on experience with CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards and regulatory submission deliverables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
