• Develop, execute and maintain project plan and deliverables
• Establish and maintain trustful and effective communication with end customers and Global Logic project teams
• Tailor processes to achieve high-quality results
• Monitor, manage and mitigate project risks
• Manage distributed project teams working on the solution
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Report project status and challenges to stakeholders in an organized manner

Must have:

• Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of JLPT N1 or N2; official JLPT certification is not mandatory)
• Written and spoken English language proficiency (equivalent of B2 or higher)
• Proven communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate work between Japan and CEE-based teams
• Ability to make decisions with limited information
• Ability to guide the team through uncertainty and complexity to deliver agreed content
• Self-reliant

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience in IT project management – best in the area of software development life cycle
• Understanding of software development methodologies and their implications for project deliverables
• Verbal translation experience at meetings
• Prior experience with people management
• Openness to work with Japanese culture
