We are looking for a Consulting Lead to join our business unit leadership team. In this role, you will be a cornerstone for driving growth by nurturing existing client relationships, elevating delivery quality, and ensuring operational excellence. You will combine strategic oversight with hands‑on involvement in presales and project delivery, focusing on value creation and building long‑term partnerships.

As a Consulting Lead, you will collaborate closely with Engagement Managers and Delivery/Team Leads to align consulting excellence with organizational goals, while contributing to growth objectives and maintaining top‑quality execution.

• Account farming by identifying and cultivating opportunities within existing accounts, enhancing client satisfaction, and driving account expansion.
• Leading presales efforts by contributing to the development of proposals, creating tailored solutions, and participating in presentations and negotiations to win new business.
• Ensuring delivery excellence as the foundation of growth, championing high standards across all consulting engagements.
• Acting as a strategic advisor to clients, fostering trust and ensuring that consulting efforts align with their evolving needs and long‑term objectives.

• Collaborating with Delivery/Team Leads to monitor project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality metrics are met or exceeded.
• Introducing improvements in consulting methodologies and delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
• Supporting resource allocation decisions, aligning consulting talent with project needs and business priorities.

• Leading by example, providing guidance and support to consulting teams to develop skills, achieve performance objectives, and grow their expertise.
