As a Junior Project Manager you will support and coordinate supply chain and logistics initiatives across the organization’s end-to-end supply chain. Working closely with operational teams, business stakeholders, and IT, you will contribute to transformation projects, process improvement activities, and digitalization initiatives while building your expertise in project management and supply chain operations.

- Supporting and coordinating global and local supply chain and logistics projects from planning through implementation.
- Assisting regional and local teams in solving operational logistics challenges.
- Supporting process improvement and digitalization initiatives across TMS, WMS, and ERP systems.
- Building knowledge and understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements in cooperation with business and IT stakeholders.
- Coordinating communication and follow‑up activities across different regions and functions.
- Monitoring project progress, timelines, and key deliverables.
- Supporting day‑to‑day operational problem‑solving within logistics processes.li>
- Preparing reports, analyses, presentations, and project documentation.
- Participating in process analyses and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- hold a degree in International Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field;
- have around 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or project‑based environments;
- are interested in supply chain systems, process optimization, and digital solutions;
- possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
- have strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- feel comfortable working in an international environment;
- are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
