• Organise and coordinate domestic temperature‑controlled transport operations
• Plan and optimise transport orders
• Cooperate with carriers and develop a subcontractor base
• Manage own and external fleet, participating in its development
• Calculate transport costs and analyse profitability of orders
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and business partners
• Supervise operational documentation and prepare analyses and reports
• Perform tasks in accordance with the company’s procedures and policies

• Experience in a freight forwarder position (refrigerated transport experience is an asset)
• Knowledge of the transport market and domestic freight forwarding regulations
• Good communicative knowledge of English
• Planning skills and analytical thinking
• Strong work organisation and ability to work independently
• Ability to build business relationships
• Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
